Mix 1/2 teaspoon of I Put a Spell on You Under Eye Mask with 1/2 teaspoon of moon water or whatever water you like. This should take up a creamy consistency. You can use a brush or your fingers to apply it around your eyes, bordering your eye-lashes. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and wash off gently with warm water and a wash cloth. Take the dry time to set 3 new intentions or goals for the next week
This product is meant to be mixed with water just before the time of use. Do not keep it mixed with water in advance. The Turmeric may leave a little yellow tinting under your eye depending how dry your skin is, but this fades quickly and is easily hidden under foundation.
