Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
A: Absolutely! Pausing and cancelling your subscription is at your fingertips. If these actions are enabled, you can take control of your subscription from your customer portal. Here's how:
1. Navigate to the Subscription Portal: Log in to your customer portal via the magic link sent through email.
2. Find the Billing Details Card
3. Select "Manage" as shown below
4. Make a Selection: Choose whether to pause or cancel your subscription.
Q: What happens if I pause my subscription?
A: When you pause your subscription, it remains inactive until you decide to reactivate it. You can do this at any time by following the same steps as above. Your subscription will then continue on its regular schedule.
Q: Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?
A: Unfortunately, cancelled subscriptions cannot be reactivated. Once you've cancelled you would need to set up a new subscription if you wish to rejoin.
